Last updated: October 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hashtech.com and the websites, content, tools and online services operated by Hashtech Systems Private Limited ("HashTech", "we", "our" or "us"), a company incorporated in India (CIN U72200MH2003PTC141912) with its office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

By using our websites or services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Using our websites

You agree to use our websites lawfully and not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or test, scan or disrupt them without our written permission;
  • send spam, malware or automated traffic that degrades the service for others;
  • copy or republish substantial parts of our content without permission, except as allowed in section 4;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

3. Our services and products

Professional services (such as software development, EV charging platforms, cloud and security work) and software products are provided under separate written agreements, order forms or product-specific terms. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, they take precedence for the service or product they cover. Descriptions of services on our websites are for information and do not form an offer.

4. Content and intellectual property

The content on our websites — including articles, tutorials, videos, graphics, logos and code examples — is owned by or licensed to HashTech and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may link to our pages, share them, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link back to the original. Code examples in our tutorials may be used for learning and in your own projects at your own risk. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.

5. Information is general, not professional advice

Articles, guides and videos are provided for general information and education. They are not legal, regulatory, financial or security advice for your specific situation. Technical guidance (for example on patching vulnerabilities or configuring systems) should be checked against the relevant vendor's official documentation and tested before use in production; you apply it at your own risk.

6. Third-party services and links

Our websites link to, and our content appears on, third-party platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Medium, Dev.to and Hashnode. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. Videos we publish on YouTube are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

7. Our applications that use third-party APIs

HashTech operates internal applications that use third-party APIs, including YouTube API Services, solely to publish and manage HashTech's own content and accounts. These applications do not offer services to the public and do not access other users' accounts. How we handle data in connection with them is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. No warranties

Our websites and their content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about their accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HashTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of our websites or content. Our total liability for any claim relating to our websites is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to them in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of our websites after that means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your own country.
